Yesterday YHB welcomed Tane Bentley and the Bedlow brothers,Sam & Joe for some Rugby training recovery time! Sam took his healing to the next level in the Hyperbaric oxygen chamber whilst Tane and Joe did a double detox doing Infrared sauna.
